We discuss the exact payroll services you require at the outset and tailor our service accordingly. When these decisions have been made we set up all the necessary information on our systems – this usually takes no more than two to three days depending on the number of employees. At this point, we are then ready to run the first payroll.
Going forward all we require are any changes for the current pay run and we take care of the rest – thereby relieving you of all the usual stress and time taken in preparing the payroll.
Once the payroll is prepared and agreed we will send you detailed management reports and sealed security payslips. Reports can also be emailed in Excel or PDF format if required. As a Bacs approved bureau, we can also manage the payments to staff and HMRC if required – many of our clients consider this a real time-saver.
At the end of each pay run, all mandatory real time information will be sent to HMRC within the deadlines in order to avoid any penalties associated with late returns.
